Photographing property in The Bronx

For a Bronx apartment, house, or commercial property, the sequence matters as much as any single image. We consider how an entrance leads to the main rooms, how daylight moves through the layout, and which exterior or shared spaces deserve to be seen. The result should make a property easier to understand before anyone arrives in person.

Shared hallways and building entrances can call for a little coordination. A prepared access plan helps the shoot move calmly through the spaces that can be photographed, especially when an apartment, courtyard, and storefront are part of the same assignment.

Before photography, clear temporary storage from rooms and circulation paths where possible. If a space is occupied, identify any areas that cannot be shown. For a vacant storefront, clean glass and decide whether signage and street-facing details are important to include.

Email the address, approximate square footage, preferred date, and access information. If keys are held by different people or entry to a yard or shared space requires separate coordination, include that in your note.
