Photographing property in Queens
The most useful property photographs answer basic spatial questions well. How does the living room meet the kitchen? What kind of light reaches the bedrooms? What does the storefront look like from the sidewalk? We approach each space with those questions in mind, keeping color and proportion believable.

Before the shoot, check window coverings and lighting in each room. Apartments with different exposures may need a considered sequence, while a commercial interior may need a time when customer or tenant activity is minimal. Clear counters and small objects that distract from the space itself.
Include the property address, square footage, preferred date, and access details in your inquiry. Tell us whether it is residential, storefront, or architectural work, and whether multiple units or shared areas are included.
